Sales Terms and Conditions

1. Inspection and Returns: Upon your receipt of antibodies from BIOSS, please inspect the tubes and notify us of any claims for visible defects or damages. We promise replacement or refund for such defects or damages. If you find any product that does not perform as described, please inform us as soon as possible with your protocols. Our expert team of scientists will examine and determine whether the problem is product-related within 30 days. We will offer a replacement or refund if the problems were inherent in our products. Authorization for all product returns must be approved by our Customer Services Department and a return authorization number given to you prior to the return of goods. A restocking charge of 20% plus shipping and handling may be charged on returns that are not the result of any error or fault of ours. Shipping charges will not be credited. Antibodies may not be returned for credit after 20 days after your receipt. We may require you to sign and deliver a properly completed certificate of decontamination prior to returning any product.

2. Product Order and Shipping: We accept major credit cards and all orders are subject to availability. Price does not include shipping and handling and can change without prior notice. Our staff members are always ready and happy to assist you with your order or project. BIOSS is not liable or responsible for errors on our website. We value your privacy and keep all your information confidential.

3. Product Warranty and Limitations: BIOSS products are for use in research only and not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or other use. BIOSS guarantees that all products have passed quality tests prior to delivery. BIOSS makes no warranty of any kind with regard to its products, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantabilities and fitness for a particular purpose, BIOSS responsibilities shall be limited to replacement or refund of any defective products. Any customer using BIOSS products contrary to these or other terms shall hold BIOSS harmless and indemnify it for any cost incurred from claims arising from such misuse. All work performed based on best effort only.

4. Arbitration: Any controversies or disputes arising out of or relating to this term shall be resolves by binding arbitration in accordance with the then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

5. Applicable Law: This term shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA
