"My experience with Bioss has been outstanding.  The customer service is excellent, with representative picking up the telephone (instead of answering machines or automatic prompts) and answering questions directly without multiple transfers to different departments.  Furthermore, when I asked for sample immunohistochemostry pictures, the Bioss team sent me JPEG files within 24 hours to help me make my purchase decision.
